Returns
International Orders: We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Refund
If something’s gone wrong with an item you’ve bought, you may be entitled to a refund.
You’ll have legal rights if the item you bought is:
- broken or damaged (‘not of satisfactory quality’)
You won’t have any legal rights if:
- it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse
- you knew about the fault before you bought the item
- you’ve just changed your mind
- Neglect or reject to pay custom fee when goods arrive at destination which leads to product return
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page. You can return your items free of charge for a credit to your account. For more information, please contact cs@buykratomthai.com
Order Status & Modifying Orders
