When can I expect my order?

The expected delivery time for most packages is 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST will normally ship the same day. If you order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will ship out first thing Monday morning (unless it’s a holiday).

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Our shipping and handling fees range between 18 USD – 30 USD or more depending on destination. You may check out the shipping fee during check out. 

What shipping service do you use?

We ship via DHL Express services. 

How long can I expect my order to arrive?

Once the package is being dispatched, you can expect 7-10 for package arrival.
